Our historic bed and breakfast can serve as your Boulder Vacation Rental. During the low-season, November through March, you can rent the whole Inn for $1,795 a night plus tax and sleep 20 people. (Please note that in the high-season, April through October, rates will be higher, and we may actually charge a premium of up to $1500. The reason for this is that blocking out the entire inn for a couple of nights interferes with other, longer stays through that time, so we end up losing revenue. We are generally fully booked in the high season.) This offering enables you to have a vacation home that houses a large party where indiduals, couples and families each get their own private bedroom and bathroom, yet can gather in common areas for meals and socializing. The inn provides a high level of service: daily housekeeping, a breakfast cook, and an innkeeper in the afternoon and evening until 9pm who is available to serve tea, answer questions, transfer phone calls, arrange sofa sleepers and the like.
The inn has a main house with eight bedrooms and a carriage house across a patio with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and individual character and amenities. Finish elements vary by room (hardwood floors, bathtubs, skylights, writing desks, sofa sleepers, fireplaces, etc.). Please see our Boulder Colorado Lodging page for room detail and pictures.
Boulder is a "Gateway to the Rockies" and is known as one of the healthiest cities in America. This vibrant city spreads east in the shadow of the majestic Flatirons. Roosevelt National Forest and nearby Rocky Mountain National Park are a short drive away.
Boulder is rich in activities that take advantage of a wonderful climate and the beauty of our great outdoors. Outdoor activities like hiking, biking, running, fly-fishing, climbing, kayaking, skiing and touring our beautiful mountains rule the day while downtown Boulder, rich in shopping, restaurants and night life, offers enough variety to entertain those with more of a city bent.
The inn is in heart of Boulder and offers organic breakfast, fine teas and ecologically conscious hospitality.
