Boulder Accommodations - Briar Rose Policies
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
As a small
inn, each visit is important to us. Guests who do not show nor call to
cancel will be charged for their entire reservation. No charge will
apply if reservations are canceled seven days or more prior to the
arrival date of the reservation, or if the space is rented to another
party. Otherwise, the guest will be held responsible in full. Please
note that special cancellation policies apply to stays for occasions
such as graduation, family weekend, the Bolder Boulder, some football
games, and group reservations for multiple rooms. In these cases, the
special policy will be explained in the confirmation email we send to
you. Please ask if you are uncertain. Packages also have a slightly
different policy, as explained with the package. At our discretion,
gift certificates may be issued for cancellations due to extenuating
circumstances.
SHORTENED STAYS:
Guests who stay fewer nights than reserved
are subject to the cancellation policy for those nights. In other
words, if you wish to drop nights from your reservation, this must be
done seven days or more prior to the arrival date for the reservation
to avoid penalty.
SMOKE-FREE INN:
Smoking is permitted outside, never in guest or public rooms.
CHECK-IN:
3–9 pm
CHECK-OUT:
8am–noon
EXTRA PERSONS:
$25 will be charged per night for each additional guest 6 years of age
and older, staying in the same room.
A discount of 10% is offered when booking over the phone for stays of
five nights or more.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Cash, personal and travelers checks, Visa, Master Card, and American
Express are accepted.
SPECIAL OCCASIONS:
Minimum-stay requirements and deposits may apply for special
occasions such as Graduation, Parents Weekend, Bolder Boulder, CU
football games, etc. Please call to make your reservation in advance
as we may not show special occasion rooms through our internet booking
engine.
PETS:
We regret that we cannot allow pets. We love animals, but many people
have allergies.
CHILDREN:
We welcome well-behaved, well-supervised children traveling with their
parents. No charge is made for children five years of age or younger.
