Blackberry Bread Recipe

Cook time: 1 hour
Temp: 325 F

Ingredients:

• 3 c flour
• 1 c cane sugar
• 1 t baking soda
• 1 t salt
• 1 t cinnamon
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 c canola oil
• 1 t vanilla
• 2 c blackberries, or berries of choice, thawed
• 1 c pecans or walnuts, chopped

Instructions:

1. Sift dry ingredients together.
2. Stir eggs, canola oil, vanilla in a bowl.
3. Fold in blackberries and blackberry juice.
4. Add wet to dry.
5. Fold in nuts.
6. Bake for 1 hour at 325.
