Blueberry Corn Bread Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and cornmeal.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Add 1/3 of flour mixture to cornmeal mixture, then c milk. Combine thoroughly. Repeat twice until 1 c milk has been used.
  5. Carefully fold in c blueberries.
  6. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
