Lemon and Poppy Seed Muffins

Instructions:

  1. Sift flour, sugar, poppy seeds, baking soda, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
  2. Beat eggs, buttermilk, oil, lemon zest and lemon juice together in medium bowl, until well blended.
  3. Add wet to dry and fold until just combined.
  4. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
