Pumpkin Gingerbread Loaf

Temp: 350 F

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cream oil, sugar and eggs in large bowl.
  2. Sift dry ingredients and spices in different bowl.
  3. Add sifted ingredients and water alternately to creamed mixture.
  4. Mix pumpkin and pour into greased pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  6. Remove gingerbread loaf and allow to cool.
