Scottish Scones Recipe

Cook time: 13 - 15 minutes
Temp: 425 F



  1. Blend dry ingredients (that is, first six) in food processor
  2. Add orange zest, nuts, and butter to food processor. Pulse until butter is small pieces like peas.
  3. Add raisins, milk, orange juice to food processor. Pulse until dry ingredients are wet.
  4. Flatten onto clean surface (like wax paper) and cut out Scottish scones with the rim of a cup.
  5. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 13-15 min.
