Tea trays are available throughout the day at no charge.  We offer a wide selection of herbal and loose-leaf white, green, and black teas, featured on our "wall of tea."  We import teas directly from China, India and Japan, as well as a selection from Rishi Teas and Frontier.  Selection varies but typically we offer Japanese green teas including sencha, genmaicha, and hojicha, a large assortment of Chinese green teas including jasmine, dragonwell,  green jade and emerald lily, white teas including snow buds, ancient moonlight white and peach blossom, and black teas including darjeeling, Ceylon, and assam, as well as Earl Grey, English Breakfast and Irish Breakfast. Combined with homemade shortbread cookies, a Briar Rose tea tray is a delightful experience.  Coffee, ice tea, and filtered water are also served.

We also sell Eldorado Natural Spring water to our guests:  1  24oz. bottle for $2, 2 for $3, or 3 for $4.  Prices include 8.16% sales tax.  Inquire at the front desk.
