The Teakettle Room

Our coziest room features a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and a bath with a tub and shower. The room also has a beautiful antique oak desk. (The desk sits by the window - there's a little more space than appears in the photo. A newer addition to the room, it is not shown in the picture.) An outside entrance provides easy access to our backyard sitting area, a relaxing place to sip tea and chat. (This also gives convenient access to the back parking area, nice for heavy bags. The other entrance opens to the house.) Cable TV and a DVD-player are available upon request.

Teakettle Mountain, elevation: 13,819 ft, is part of the San Juan Range, which forms a substantial section of the Continental Divide in Colorado.
